Don't Even Ask...

Cuz I don't know what it is yet....This is what I get for trying to be cute! I need to stick to what I do best-just make the soap and stop trying to get ultra-creative! I'm a no-frills kinda gal, but I like to get a little frisky sometimes, but the results of this soap is definitely one of those WTF moments.

I won't even go into detail, but I'm selling this bad boy! Why is it the ugliest soaps smell the best? This one is vanilla with rose, jasmine, tonka bean, and bergamot. I put those white dots in there on purpose. This soap looks like it has chicken pox or it needs the H1N1 vaccine. Anyway, I'll give it a cheeky name and list it on one of my venues. Speaking of venues, I think I have too many. I can't keep up. Two of them are free til I sell something, but I haven't sold anything, so I'm not overly concerned.

Where is my lye??? I need to make some more soap. I'm having withdrawal pains...

Name Suggestion for your dotty soap
we have nicknamed the swine flu Swhini-sounds like sw-HI-NIE (LIke Bill Nie The Science Guy)
This can be the Antiswhini.
you brought it up :)

I don't know, Patrice...I think it looks like a slice through a yummy chocolate or coffee treat that's been laced with macadamia nuts! Even looks like a touch of whipped cream on the top :) Haven't smelled tonka bean, but if the end product is more yummy than floral, you could totally play it as a dessert bar that's chock full o' nuts!!

Dorte, I need a translator:)

Tammy-I'm dying! Yeah, I did bring it up...you've given me some thought

BBB-I don't even know what tonka bean smells like, LOL. I just know that's what the description says is in there.

Well, it sounds like it smells delish. Doesn't tonka bean smell like vanilla?

I'll bet it smells fabulous. Who cares what the soap looks like, I mean you're going to bathe with it, not eat it! And I agree it almost looks like a yummy bread with nuts inside and creamy frosting on top.

At least it is not so pretty that you hate to actually use it!

I love the site. You have a lot of good posts here. I have a site as well that provides inspiration and guidance to people around the world. I was wondering if we could do a link exchange, so we can tell our visitors about both of our sites. Let me know.

I've never made a soap that has sparked so much conversation-I love it!!!

Jason and Nahana-welcome! I'm glad you enjoy my posts, and that I could entertain you:)

Beaded-I did mean to do the polka dots, but I had a different vision...it's the perfectionist in me:)
